Initial no obligation consultation: Free!
We offer a free 15-minute initial consultation to discuss how we might be able to help you and to see if we would be a good fit.

Counselling:
£60 for online/telephone /face to face sessions. Each session is one hour.

Single session therapy:
£75. A single 90-minute session in which you can look in detail at a single specific issue. The session includes time to talk about the issue and time to explore the ways in which you want your situation to be different.

Couples or relational therapy – £80 per hour

Single session therapy: £100. A single 90-minute session which can be used for initial assessment or focused time in which you can look in detail at a single specific issue.

Supervision:
We offer clinical supervision to counsellors and other helping professionals at £60 per hour.

​If you are an organisation looking for an Employee Assist Contract, or a charity looking to make block bookings we would be happy to negotiate your hourly rate.

We may be able to offer a concessionary rate to counselling students as well as people on a low income (evidence of benefits would be required). Please get in touch to discuss.

We accept payment by bank transfer or cash for in person sessions. Payment to be made in advance of sessions.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate.
